Tracker says departed Bakersfield CA 12/07 9pm and hasn’t updated since. Feel like my gut was right and it got stopped or stuck in between there and Shafter Ca for god knows how long

It said departed Bakersfield, not sure what the next stop would be after that aside from Shafter
