I had a 97 Ford explorer that was a very good vehicle for 12 years, however the Ford service department was terrible. Many stories and many different dealerships in the North Dallas area. All were bad.
One example: I took it in for oil change/rotation of tires to keep up with warranty...

I am 5'8" and have the same step-in height question. I was hoping to replace rock rails with tube step on a BD Sasquatch but B&P didn't have that option. Wondering if I need it.
