Sorry - didnt get home till yesterday - The package is just about 26 pounds. Might be a hair over when I start to put all of the packing material around it to keep it from getting damaged.
And the box measures 8ā x 19ā x 36ā
Located in eastern PA along the Jersey border. Excellent condition Flowmaster axle back American Thunder exhaust. It is noticeable when you are on the gas accelerating, but when cruising on the highway or around town itās extremely quiet without any drone.
Itās the quietest muffler they offer...
I bought a ratcheting hoist and use a metal frame to lift the rear section to the roof of the garage. I used to use a hoist for my jeep top, which was way heavier, so Iām not worried at all about the bronco top since itās quite light by comparison.
Good ? - I also have the 8/100 extended warranty. Is it covered? More importantly- will we be covered for any damage the tune may cause long term. Donāt want to hear at 50k miles that something wonāt be covered because of the tune.
I bought mine a year ago, so not sure if itās a redesigned one or not, and clearance is tight, but no issues so far. You can see where is rubs the insulation / hood liner.
OK, so I read all of the threads, and I see a few of you have mentioned you can run regular gas, as opposed to premium unleaded, and the system will adjust timing etc. Therefore, on regular, you essentially go back to ānon-tunedā power because the timing will adapt to protect from knock.

When I bought my wrangler with the dual top group, the hardtop was mounted on the vehicle, and the soft top was installed inside the hardtop. The soft top was bolted to the roll bar in the lowered position. The windows were in separate boxes inside the rear of the Jeep.
Iām using the Eibach pro truck coil overs with stock control arms. I had to raise the perches up about 2/3 of the way. I clear 37ās with no rubbing lock to lock.
I am, however, at the very end of the elliptical adjustment for the lower control arm for alignment. Any higher, and I will need to...
For the brake light, I went straight to the factory brake light harness inside the tailgate. Thereās a connector behind the plastic vent panel on the right side - looking from the inside of the tailgate.
For the reverse light and running light I went into the passenger side brake light harness...
This is what I used, itās like a spod makes for the Jeep. Rough Country MLC-6 light controller. I ran my aux switches to the inputs for this, and then you can run your more powerful relays.
Iām generally not a fan of rough country products, but this one is actually good quality and works...
Once you have 37s, youāll want more. I think mine still looks a bit small on 37s. 37ās made my jeep look like a beast, and it worked great off-road. 37s just make my bronco look a little less of a school bus, but not big enough. But I did notice a lot of it depends on the tire. I have the BFG...
Ordered - thanks - even with a moderate lift my rear is just a hair out of alignment. This is an inexpensive fix to get a slightly longer track bar to fix the problem. Looking forward to receiving it.
So this Rigid Chase light I installed wound up getting condensation in it shortly after I took these pictures. I submitted a warranty request to Rigid. You have to show proof that youāve destroyed the light before they will send you a new one as they are not repairable. I did that immediately...
