that’s what I’m looking at doing after reading some other comments from 2025 B&O owners.
I just need to get a better idea of how to modify the factory enclosure to get the 8” kicker in there.
thanks
I’m curious as well. It’s between this or a new enclosure to replace the B&O enclosure.
*Update: I actually got the gearshade/additive 10" enclosure that replaces the factory sub enclosure and I got the SSV Works enclosure (just the enclosure, no plug and play kit or amp), both with kicker...
Hopefully they get this sorted for you ASAP and future orders include the missing part. I'm guessing there are others that ordered recently that are having the same issue. Let us know what happens.
I plan on returning what I've bought and just go with an amp and a separate sub and enclosure setup. Will use poly fill and sound deadening in the meantime. Solid advice and thanks for taking the time to provide it!
This is the one I went with

Was the DVC kicker a direct replacement, same wiring and no amp? 2 ohm or 4 ohm? 6.5" or 8". No modifications? DO you happen to have a link for the exact speakers? Thanks for the reply!
I have a 2025 Badsas with the B&O and I've already replaced the rear pods with the 6.5" kickers. Is it worth replacing the front two 4" dash speakers and the 6.5" panel speakers by the front floorboards? And if so, are replacement speakers plug and play? If you guys have replaced these specific...
