success. Although I will say don't run anything over 20A on the stock one that comes up to the windshield and also.. kinda dumb they ran it to passenger and not driver considering where the battery is. I ran a 10G negative from the lights and grounded it up on the roll bar, ran the other 10G...

Ya I'm doing that until I can get to AutoZone tomorrow for a fuse tap, then that will be my new temp solution until someone can answer how to tap the DRL line

Have some backlights on my LP9s and am looking at tapping the DRL for that as they draw basically nothing. Anyone done this yet and know where the wire runs is etc?

I have temporary wired my LP9 backlights to a switch. I haven’t found a confident answer on where the DRL wire is to tap, however you could get a fuse tap and wire it to a fuse that comes on with ignition then backlights would be on anytime the truck is on

Bar fit fine had to drill the mount a size larger is all could trim them but only would save ya maybe an inch or two

Offered to review both and companies were not keen on sending a review model so seems we will wait till someone grabs it

@The Rack Boss ya I already had the LP9s so just transferring them but on the old build they had to be run through 4 relays

@The Rack Boss yes the upfitter switches but that wire is WAY to thin for the power coming to an LP9. Will need to run lights to a few relays or solenoid then to the upfitter switch box to avoid popping fuse
