I never received a built email. My blend was 11/16 and I stayed in production. On 11/19 order track app changed to built and then awaiting shipping within an hour. On 11/21 I received a shipped email from Ford.

Try talking them again tomorrow I bet it shipped. They went from chip hold to oh yeah it shipped here’s your rail car number. Talking to Ford chat you get a different answer every time.

Not sure, but I do know I’ve never gotten the same answer twice from Ford Chat. I do know that some of the vehicles with a chip hold have been shipped anyway with plans to have the dealer install at a later date.

Just got off the phone with Ford Chat trying to get rail car info after they sent shipping email and typical Ford fashion they now tell me I’m on a chip hold. This after them assuring me for the last week that there was no hold. Unbelievable!!

Last night order track changed to in transit and then shipped within an hour. Received shipped email from Ford this morning with estimated delivery of 28 Nov to 5 Dec. Can’t wait!!
