Take a 1/2 inch drill an drill the head off...I've done this many times on stuck rotor philips screws hold the rotors on cars and it works every time.

it might depend upon the dealer...my oil changes are done by my dealer for now and only will use 'blended" oil...which I've never used but a mechanic friend says since I change my oil every 5000 it would never be a problem.
