Yes it is and one of the easiest mods to install. Price to performance, this thing is the best bang for your buck.

Remember when measuring the center of your headlights, that you measure to the little indentations on the lens of the lights. That's true center.

I have put over 1500 miles now on this throttle controller and have only dropped maybe .1 on mpgs. Granted I haven't punched it the entire time. This was mainly being tested to gauge everyday driving. I still get a huge smile on my face merging onto the interstate, no more of that empty lag...

It would not be an issue. I'm running the Carli steering setup.

OK installed my controller Friday and have put 1000 miles on this thing since. Wow, how did I live without this thing? It feels like all the lag has completely gone. I can finally hear my exhaust. Before I had to have my seat adjusted forward towards the steering wheel so I could get full foot...
