For all 4-3 people, a build week thread and chart was created FYI

Welp. Added my info even though I might get flamed since I've "only" been waiting since July 2021... Sounds crazy to say "only" in relation to 2 year wait by the time I get it, or at least pretty close I assume.
2 door Badlands, MT, High

WOW. I'm scheduled too! I am almost at the bottom of the list. So as noted earlier, it must have been the 2 door manual transmission that got me built. Sorry to anyone I jumped ahead of but I'm stoked!

Yes, he is correct that if you do not hold an official Ford reservation or order that was already placed before whatever date this year, that you can...
For some reason I'm not totally understanding your question and current situation, but I can tell you that:
it's entirely possible that you or anyone has a chance at getting built if your dealer has more allocation than they have orders and you have already placed an order for a MY22 and...
I was/am under the impression that constraints are causing availability issues of high demand parts. I don't deny they want more profits.
I'd like them to ditch their allocation formula and make sure all reservation/current order holders vehicles are built. Then they can open up order banks...
