Happened to me twice today...pain in the arse.

I had the same symptoms on my 2dr base SAS... except mine was stuck in 2wd not 4. no goat modes nor eco or sport could be selected. .pisser is it would act normal for a couple of days ,dealer replaced the 4x4 module . no problems since.

You need to remove the powder coat from the holes before inserting the bolt. Use a reamer or round file. right now you are cutting threads with a bolt where there should be none.

Maybe they came off of a bronco sport (shrug )certainly not the full size bronco. I'm getting a scam vibe.. lot of that going around.

A month out..holy cows...I guess there are some benefits in living in the sticks. Hopefully they will do you right. Jeep uses the same tire. I wonder if they have similar complaints.

An earlier post mentioned leaving the arms in the out position overnite. With the intention of lesoning the spring tension . I tried it. haven't had a problem since. And god knows with all the rain we have had in New England ,I have had plenty of chances to see if the problem persists...

The dealership rotates the tires when they do the oil change . Once I drove out of the dealer parking lot I knew something was off. I asked them to check the balance. They told me three of the tires they were unable to balance. They replaced three tires under warranty ( ,tire warranty I suppose.

5000 miles ..they used my spare with the 3 new tires so as to have even wear. That impressed me.

Bottom line upfront: I had three out of balance tires that the dealer said couldn't be balanced on their road force machine . Not having owned a vehicle like my Base SAS I thought the noise was normal. Evidently when they rotated the tires I got two out of the three bad ones upfront.. The...
