    Rates have gone up 0.75 since I locked in late July. I’d lock in or atleast before next fed meeting

    I ended up skimming, mostly interested in IL/WI and noticed about a week. I should have it around Labor Day as I’m in Madison, WI area. Just was curious as I had a 60 day rate lock on my loan that expired end of September as I applied before last round of fed hikes

    My walk in (non res) order was 02/11/2022 for $34,490. My understanding is I have retail pricing protection. My window sticker is showing $36,690. What do I need to tell the dealer to look up? They are small town and my salesman is a young 20s kid that I’m basically educating on Bronco process...

Still ETA 8/27-9/2 which doesn’t make sense unless I’m getting loaded on the truck and they are driving straight to the dealer as it’s 6...

    I think I’ll just lay off the ford chat and check for a WS this weekend. Moved to 8/26. 8/23, 8/27,8/25,8/26. The last 3 moves happened over the past 1.5 days. Crazy.

    I just chatted with Ford chat again. Now I’m 8/25. So 8/23 for a solid week, earlier today 8/27, now 8/25. I wonder if they park people in 8/27 and move back as they make the daily schedule with commodities available. That’s my best guess but who knows
