I originally wanted a Black Diamond, but quickly changed to Badlands for months, right up until order time. At the very end I did a complete about face and ordered...
Base 2.7L Sasquatch - MIC top. I got it a while ago and COULD NOT be happier. It has a better stance than any non-Squatched...
I sold 2 Wrangler Rubicons and a Focus ST at CarMax. Got more than expected each time. Each time was as easy as one can imagine. They have an excellent business model. Definitely recommend highly!
As a percentage of total builds, the number of blown 2.7s is very small. Statistically, it's not something I would worry about at all. In the off chance something happens, Ford will rectify the problem. I just picked up my second 2.7L Bronco. No problems, love it!
I bought my 4Dr Base 2.7L Sasquatch 2 days ago from Sawgrass Ford in south Florida. I paid exactly MSRP. Call Sawgrass. They will let you order at MSRP and NO dealer fees.
VERY doubtful you'll get your Wildtrak in May and you might have to wait a full year.
I have a BaseSquatch 2.7 which is a WT without unnecessary bells and whistles. I love the Bronco, but owned a 4 Runner for 7 years and absolutely loved that. Getting a new TRD Pro at MSRP is a great deal...
I call Florida East Coast Railway almost every day and ask them to look up my rail car. They tell me daily the car is still sitting and waiting to be spotted for unloading. Once the vehicle is unloaded, it should be fairly quick to get picked up by a truck. I would not assume your rail car...
Mine was built 12/4/21 shipped the next day and took one week to arrive in Miami. It has been sitting inside a railcar in Miami waiting to be unloaded for over 3 weeks. The rail company keeps saying things are congested...blah blah blah. Dealer says were waiting, can't do anything... blah...
Just called and my Bronco is still sitting in the rail car. They have no plan to remedy the situation and don't seem to care. They also have no system or concept of first-in first-out. You're kind of at the mercy of where on the track you end up being shoved. Rail cars that arrived well...
After a quick build (12/4) and train ride to Miami my 4Dr Base Squatch is
STUCK for 3 WEEKS in railcar PURGATORY! Yes, after 3 weeks Florida East Coast Railway cannot unload my railcar that has been just sitting there. Bronco is in jail. One would assume that FMC would have a handle on this!?
@Gbowles @Corsair @Aguelian @Ford Motor Company
Mine was built on 12/4 and put on a train to Miami the next day. It took 8 days for the train to get to the Miami (Hialeah operated by Florida East Coast Railway). Unfortunately, my Bronco has been sitting in the rail yard, inside the rail car...
1. Move the driver and passenger grab handles from dash level up to the top corner of the A pillar where it meets the roof line. Then it might actually be useful getting into Sasquatch.
I wouldn't unscrew anything on an engine of a vehicle owned by someone I don't know. It's not a big deal, but it would have annoyed me were it my Bronco.
When my first daughter was an infant, I had countless people (always women) come up to my girl and touch her face, head, etc. This...
I put 4200 miles on my 4Dr Squatch 2.7L. Before I got it, I drove the dealer's 4Dr Squatch 2.3L mannequin. My impression was that I would be more than happy with the 2.3L. You can notice the difference between the two engines, but the difference is not that great imo. Caveat, I only drove...
I see a lot of hate on the Bronco Raptor. Maybe that's a good thing as there may be less demand, so I'll have a better chance of getting mine. I'll buck the trend and say I like it & want it.
Probably the main reasons didn't want metal bumpers w/metal bash guards or rock rails is because of the extra weight. 1/2 inch is a significant difference. The metal has to be a part of this issue.
