I agree...get it repaired and make sure that they know you will be checking it over with a microscope to make sure the paint matches perfectly and that Ford will stand behind it as if it was never repainted. Hold their feet to the fire and if its not perfect the first time...make them redo it.

My dealer's mannequin was the same. A 4 dr that shows MIC on the sticker, but soft top installed. Salesperson explained that they believed that Ford took the MIC tops off the mannequin units to hold them back for customer Broncos since there were so many that were faulty.
