Feels plausible.
I've never experienced the dreaded Bronco Rage that seems to grip some forum folks, because I tend to assume the big, showy cars are just concepts. I do agree, however, that Ford was caught very much with their pants around their ankles here.
Consistent messaging and a clear...
Interesting. Personally, I've ALWAYS used the onsite vehicles (except for SCCA) stuff, as that's more fun.
I'm curious, where have you seen this definitively announced that the off-rodeos will be this way?
Mercedes lets you use your own car. It's more fun to use theirs, of course! It was my understanding you would be able to use your own vehicle at the Off-Rodeos. I guess we will find out!
In my experience with driving schools (SCCA, Porsche, Mercedes), the skills learned will translate to any vehicle. You should see how well I clip an apex in my minivan.
Ford's planned Off-Rodeos will be specifically designed for Bronco buyers to take their personal vehicle for off-road...
So you're asking us if we have thoughts about your view being obstructed, if you install something to obstruct your view?
I do have thoughts, but I'm trying very hard not to share them.
Good grief.
Plot twist: Ford always intended to offer the manual with every model, but launched it saying the opposite. Then later, after the enthusiasts are whipped into a tizzy, they "give in" to demands. In a PR moment of glory, they release the manual across all options and seem like the most attentive...
You were joking? I don't have a sense of humor. In fact, I can barely read, which is why I made a piss-poor financial decision two years ago, and I promise I ain't bragging about it.
I'm also pretty sure I can't humble-brag about spending my wife's money (the wife part might be a humble brag).
My trade-in value is around 37k. At first you're thinking, "Ahhh, this douche bag bragging about his 'baller' trade-in value. Get out of here!"
But, if you knew how much value my car, with less than 10k miles and completely perfect, had lost in value in 2 years, you'd look at your 700 bucks a...
Ha. Yeah. That's pretty obvious. Thanks. Not sure how I've missed that.
If I'm honest, since I don't see anyone complaining about not getting colors on certain models, I just assumed it hadn't popped up before.
You know what they say about assumptions . . .
Soooooo I was dorking around with the Bronco Sport build and price. I wanted to see what the interface may look like, and I thought it'd be fun to kill some time. I found something troubling.
I clicked on the Outer Banks, and I only had a certain about of colors to choose from. I wanted Cyber...
If it's in writing, it can absolutely be legally binding, but (and it's a big but) the amount of money and time it will cost to get the courts to enforce the deal, will most likely negate any benefits.
For example: they put in writing price x. They end up charging you price y. You refuse. They...
Ha. Sorry about that. I couldn't figure out how to quote from multiple posts, so I just went with it. On my phone I get very lazy with technology.
Ultimately, I don't care that much. If I have a Bronco by August 2021, I'll be right as rain.
In my experience, the infotainment in modern cars is cool for like a week. Once you get it setup how you want things, the infinite adjustability and fancy features never get touched again.
It may be different with trail cameras, trail maps, useful driving modes, etc., but overall, for me, it's...
Started a little late tonight, but the ribs will be ready for dinner. It's a mustard base, thus the color. The pork shoulder will feed us the next few days.
I made sure to include an excellent local IPA. Braxton Brewing Tropic Flare.
My father in law owns a distillery. If people put some money on the line for a whiskey pre-buy, I might actually be able to get a run of "Bronco6G" Whiskey.
Although calling it Whiskey gets legally tricky. The alcohol laws are strict and strange.
