No rings it's just paint. They look like a regular Heritage wheel with black paint and a center cap. It may be powder coat but the center cap looks like it would fit the regular HE wheel if you want that look.

I'm glad I didn't get a 22 model. Ford gave us first shot at ordering a 23. As soon as I saw the Heritage I ordered one. The whole first batch of us who ordered them got our orders in before the regular order banks opened.

The white dash is really not in your line of sight while driving. It's to the right and too low to reflect any sunlight. I was initially critical of how much white is on the dash but the more I drive it the less it bothers me.
