I wonder if you guys found anything,
I was hoping to fit some part to my roofrack that sits flush to the mic top groves, would be really easy if it was available online to work with.
I think I settled for the roam 5' mounted on the rear of the trailrax half rack.
I feel that the peregrine compact will not provide a decent amount of shade as its 1.5meters depth from the car, but this space is heavilly used to cook/prepare stuff/access the cargo/fridge etc, so there wont be...
I wonder if the compact version offers similar durability as you experience with yours.
Do you know what quick release brackets will work with my trailrax roof rack and the compact version?
Im currently trying to decide between this and the roam 5ft, both offers similar sqft of shade but the...
Gotta take some measurements.
With pak rax, I have water tank or some other stuff stored on the side windows anyway, so it adds some bulk/width to the car.
I guess the only downside will be offroading in the forest where it may capture some more tree branches? Or maybe side angles in tight...
That option is even better than the regular rectangular design that I thought about (roam 5ft), it is 5in smaller depth but (sort of, since its not full coverage) 70in longer
My concern is always the fact that its freestanding, and how well it will work without the legs
I have the trailrax half rack and I saw the photos of the 4ft roam awning,
Im wondering if anyone tried or thought mounting their 5ft awning the same way, on the back?
Yes, it will be a little bit wider than the roof rack itself, but the general dimensions are still around or below the total...
Im
Its awsome but Its problematic for me as I need to test it on my setup, no one validated it will work with my setup and its costy to send the xrack rail outside the US without some guarantees it will work
I have a trailrax half-rack and a bestop skyrider soft top combo.
I really wish I could find a good-enough solution that will provide enough shade for a small sitting size for 4 persons around a small table.
It seems like there is nothing like that available.
I wonder if there is any sort of...
I think the same too - hinges are the same, hinges brackets seems identical to what comes with the vehicle per what people reported here, and also some troubles installing like cutting a piece of the tire carrier frame and some screws not going in easily, I decided to pick the budget option from...
Very nice!
I really like the design of the doors
I have been looking for such doors for a long time, but I find those to be much better looking and protecting than others!
Exoskeleton refers to the big piece that connects between the hinges and the tire mount?
It seems exactly the same hinges, in terms of size and hole pattern
Also some posts here made with the mount are with the original hinges, so I wonder if there is a difference
I just noticed how it connects...
It would be a dream solution for a full sized awning. For sure the best way to use it with a soft top.
That is the only viable solution for soft top fans as myself
Hope to win and be able to try this!
Any way to order it with international shipping? Is it sold anywhere else besides ford website?
Or if anyone is selling his new in box, I’m interested.
Funny, I have myself the Thor kit and I stuff it there today
That is what that brought me to the idea of getting a bigger bag for this area so that I can put more stuff there, otherwise it’s a dead zone that can’t be used
Yeah I agree with what you mentioned, but if the zipper allows access from the back as well, I guess it’s fine
Well, it is indeed pricy, but very good looking and well thought design nonetheless doubt. I Harley have a cargo shelf mounted to the rollbar, so it’s hard to tell if it will...
Its an option, a really expensive one but I meant to something more across the entire window, like this, just that its quite new listing, not helpful reviews so I wonder if there are better options out there

I have a shelf that is entirely capturing the space between the rollbars and Im looking for a way to make some use of the space between the rollbar and the window.
Any sort of a large bag that will sit tight, allow for easy storing of items there like recovery straps, 4way tire system etc...
