Is the current draw on these lights compatible with the factory fog harness?
I ordered this past weekend, just trying to understand what I'm in for. I assume I can just snip the old harness from the factory lights and splice these on?
Mine arrive on Friday. Interior lighting has been a huge annoyance for our family of 5. With 3 kids in the back seat, it's a real pain for them to buckle themselves at night in the dark.
Thanks IAG!
im not the OP. I didn’t replace the speakers in the kick panels due to multiple people reporting that there isn’t much sound coming from those unless you get an amp to power them.
So I bought two pairs of JLs (to replace the 3 dash speakers; you’ll have one leftover) and one pair of focal for...
If you've already routed it together, I wouldn't redo it until you think you have a problem. Like I said, i'd be pretty surprised if you notice anything. Just curious why you chose to route your power through the firewall (to the battery?) instead of picking off in the fuse box inside the...
I don't. You can kind of guess by looking up which equipment the fuses connect to. Ultimately you are going to want to buy a cheap multimeter to confirm. You'll want one to confirm how to put the tap-a-fuse in anyway. Those are directional.
Might as well not route them together if you can...
Different fuses are powered via position 1 or when the engine is turned on. So you can choose how you want this to work based on which fuse port you choose to tap.
From the original post:
I decided to use slot 35 instead of slot 2 since it was listed as a spare. I tested the port with a volt meter to confirm the tap-a-fuse was in the correct orientation, that the port had power, and that power was turned on with a single push of the ignition and cut off...
Just did 600-1 yesterday. I don't think I'll be able to make it down to Sylacauga by 8am but if you guys are around and haven't done this you should go out.
If you guys complaining about windshields don’t already have comprehensive coverage insurance you might want to kick the tires on getting it.
I’ve had two chips in 6mo of ownership. Both times, safelite came to my house to fix the chip. Took a total of 10 min to fix each time. Total out of...
@F1NDx they do. I recorded my loop in OnX Offroad. If you use that app, I think I can share my route. There was one obstacle that is more moderate than easy on that loop, it's called Bacon. You'll need a spotter.
We've done short day trips to Stony Lonesome and Hawk's Pride OHV parks. Our next trail ride will be to tackle 600-1 and 600-2, but unsure on exactly when. You can go as mild or extreme as you want at most OHV parks. The biggest issue we've had is finding and staying on the milder trails...
