  1. Towing package content?

This is off topic but trailer rental places won’t rent to you if you’re towing in a vehicle without a fixed roof i.e. wrangler and bronco. Drives me nuts everytime I need a trailer for a day.
  2. Trims and Options Cost, High or Not?

Last time I purchased a wrangler the tow package it also changed your gear ratio. If fords trying to sell just wiring and a receiver than I think it’s about double what I expected to pay.
  3. Why is Wildtrak $7k more then BL?

Yeah I noticed that as well. Unfortunately Ford’s site has had, and still has, many inconsistencies. I’m pretty sure electronic lockers will be standard on the wildtrack though.
  4. Why is Wildtrak $7k more then BL?

I don’t think any of us can go wrong choosing between badlands or wildtrack. For me personally I decided to go with the WT to get the 2.7, auto trans, and the painted modular top vs the steal bumpers, rails, etc. Those things I’ll seek out from the aftermarket to suit my personal style a little...
  5. Rear Camera Eyesore

I agree it’s hideous and pray Ford has a better solution for production models. I personally don’t think the lack of the nub would make removing or installing the spare more difficult...that’s what the studs are for. That being said, I’m happy backup cams are mandatory these days even though I’m...
  6. 2021 Ford Bronco Makes NYC Debut at NYSE (Aug 17) - Pics, Video, Q&A

Hoping for the same! I haven’t been getting super upset about a lot of the things we’ve been finding out but the lack of removable rear windows in the two-door will bother me. At least for me the rear moon roof cutout doesn’t do anything for me and seems like a bit of a cop out to be able to...
  7. Hard top has rain management design to keep water out of cabin when opening door

That’s good info...13 years in my JK and no leaks either. I thought I just got lucky since people talk like it’s inevitable.
  8. Motor Trend says sway bar disconnect available on both Badlands and Wildtrak

Funny thing is that Ford’s official site STILL has conflicting information so the Motor Trend article is just par for the course. Smh
  9. Many Bronco Modular Top Configurations Shown So far

I run my 4 door wrangler most often with only the front freedom panels on and the rear of the hardtop removed....super happy to see this is possible on the bronco also!
  10. Vegas!

I reserved a 2-door wildtrak through Team Ford. I haven’t purchased from them but my great friend, who’s an ex Ford corporate employee, has purchased close to 10 vehicles from them and speaks very highly of them. So far my personal interaction with them has been very positive as well.
  11. What Tires Are You Going With?

I’d imagine having to take off or trim the fenders as well as a small lift. If it gets too involved I’ll happily run the stock 35’s until they wear out and then dive into the suspension and bigger tires.
  12. What Tires Are You Going With?

I’ve been running 35 inch General Grabbers since the red-letters, now the atx. They’re pretty true to size, relatively quiet, never had problems balancing them, nice aggressive look, and they seem to last forever. I’ll be taking the 35’s off the wildtrak and going to general grabber 37’s...
  13. Is anyone having trouble deciding between 2-door and 4-door?

I bought a 4 door rubicon in 2007 when they were sitting on the lots with no interest. Actually had the salesperson laugh that I wanted “the minivan jeep”. Fast forward and now they’re obviously far more popular than the 2 doors. It’s served me well for toting my kiddo and her friends around...
  14. Ford wants your Bronco questions - Post it here

Thanks man! Can you ask if the side windows in the hardtop will pop out...I haven’t been able to read the whole thread yet so I apologize if it’s been asked already.
  15. Will the Bronco be your toy? if so share a picture of your daily driver

WT coupe reserved. I love taking advantage of open air vehicles living in the southwest. I’m really looking forward to having my kiddo in my jeep trailing me in the new toy.
  16. Arm Out the Window - How Does it Score?

I’m short so my arm should rest comfortably out of the low window opening seen on the cyber orange reveal vehicle.
  17. Articulation vs traction aids and clearance.

I’m by no means the most qualified person to add to this discussion but imo wheels on the ground is extremely important. Even when wheeling a vehicle with tons of articulation the goal for me and whoever is spotting me is to try to “settle” the vehicle. Getting tippy isn’t my personal favorite...
  18. Crawling Video & Pics: 2.7L and 2.3L Badlands Sasquatch Broncos

I’m not usually doom and gloom but this is a buzzkill for sure. Looks to have the up-travel and droop of an average pickup truck. If I wanted 3 wheel motion I’d put hydros on an impala. That being said, I’m still excited. Just happy I plan for this to be more of an adventure rig than anything...
  19. Wildtrak vs. Badlands + Sasquatch...

This! As well as take-off stock bumpers and wheels and tires. They’ll be all over the resale sites.
  20. Spare Rear Tire Delete

There are probably 50 or more of these as options in the JK world and I’m assuming the same for JL’s but I haven’t searched for them. They seem to range from simple and well functioning to gaudy. I’d imagine tons of companies will make bronco options as they’re pretty simple to stamp out. I...
