  3. Ok, Who Are The MN Future Bronco Owners!?

You pay the tax in the state you register it in. Who knows when I'll see my bronco so last month I bought a used Audi out of state and drove it back.
  4. Ok, Who Are The MN Future Bronco Owners!?

Wow. That’s got to be tough…Soon tho! Who knows how long for me. I did get the “Early 22” email, but I think that means nothing.
  5. Ok, Who Are The MN Future Bronco Owners!?

I updated my order for 22 at IG Ford. While there my salesman mentioned their demo BD is for sale 5k over MSRP.
  6. Ok, Who Are The MN Future Bronco Owners!?

Very nice! And I like the STP DT airport backdrop 👍🏼
  7. Delivered 2.3L Manual Bronco Black Diamond owner's review: the Good and the Bad

Thanks for posting - this is literally my exact build. I’d love some more photos if you feel like it. No idea when mine will be built.
  8. Ok, Who Are The MN Future Bronco Owners!?

I had my test drive this morning at Inver Grove Ford. It’s a 4 door Black Diamond with 2.7 AT, Sasquatch, soft top, Area 51 color. I wish it was a manual like I’ve ordered, but was great to actually drive one. My salesman mentioned they’ve prioritized res holders but will allow others to test...

  10. Ok, Who Are The MN Future Bronco Owners!?

FYI - IG Ford reached out to me to schedule a test drive in the mannequin they just got in. The only details I know are that it’s a 4 door Black Diamond with a soft top. So, fairly close to what I have on order. I’m excited to get behind the wheel.
  11. @dealerinsider offer closed

Thanks for the quick response. I believe MN taxes the total lease price, but the bigger hurdle for me would be 1000 miles/month. I drive quite a bit more than that. Thanks again.

I'm starting to consider a Wrangler 4xe while I wait for my BD...can you point me to the details of your buyback program for that?

  14. May 27 Email Group!

You can make any change you like as long as you’ve not received a VIN/estimated build date. How easy your dealer makes that process for you can vary.
  15. The Beer thread.

A Scotch Ale helping me ponder whether I could live with a soft top in MN…not likely.
  16. Leasing a Bronco?

So, when one goes to turn in their lease, will wear/damage be looked at differently depending on whether they’re staying with the brand or not?
  17. Ok, Who Are The MN Future Bronco Owners!?

I’m with IG Ford as well. It took an unreasonable amount of pushing on my part to finally get some info out of them. I don’t understand why they think it needs to be top secret. They still won’t tell me exactly how many allocations they have other than “less than 30”. And I pulled a vague “low...
  18. A word of warning to those who may not fully understand what they are getting into

My son and I were at a local dealer event today. Great to actually see one finally. I love the size. Perfect. Interior room felt a lot like my FJ. My one minor gripe was that the door armrest is quite narrow. Felt like my arm would barely stay on and I don’t exactly have huge arms. I do think...
  19. Twin Cities MN - Bronco sightings

My son and I were there today. Great to actually see one finally. I’m glad there was a MT as I was able to row through the gears - felt smooth and should only be better with a running engine! I really like the size overall. My one minor gripe was that the door armrest is quite narrow. Felt like...
  20. A word of warning to those who may not fully understand what they are getting into

20-25% smaller...I wasn’t expecting that. Good to hear! I loved my FJ also and have often kicked myself for getting rid of it. Again, glad to hear this. I’ve never owned a Wrangler, but have had them as a rental a few times and always felt a little tight.
