Curious if you’ve ever driven a wrangler JL with the 6 speed manual and how the power compares in the 2.3 manual trans bronco? Currently have a manual JLUR and have only driven the 2.7 bronco so far
Hi all
im a current rubicon owner, however could totally see myself in a bronco someday. Love my Jeep, but there’s a big issue with them: their hinges.
jeeps are painted after the hinges are installed; therefore, the metal underneath the hinges is bare, causing corrosion over the short term...
I mean you’re probably right lol it’ll be interesting to start seeing the dealer allocations arrive and see what people pay for them, and how much in adm and how long that lasts
I feel like you could get one off a lot before Ford will build yours, so if you want, keep an eye out to see if one arrives that you’d like if you don’t wanna wait as long
I agree! Current rubicon owner myself. There’s things about the bronco I like better, and there’s things about the wrangler I like better. The bronco sometimes comes off too cartoonish to me. I think the two door bronco is proportionately better looking than the 2 door jl however.
Id love to see...
I’ve never understood the big deal with this, coming from a guy who has ocd with his vehicles and the paint finish lol. They take literally seconds to remove if you take them off right away, and telling the dealer “NO STICKERS ON MY BRONCO” can cause a lot of friction with the people who are...
I cancelled my res and ordered a wrangler for a few valid reasons, still really like the bronco tho even tho I have no intentions on buying one.
That said, I’ve still been around and plan to stay, it’s interesting still talking with you guys and seeing what everyone’s doing with their Broncos
Just ordered a 6 speed wrangler unlimited rubicon tonight.
Probably won’t help many, but my res I’ll be cancelling is late October. Good luck to all! I’ll still be keeping an eye on the bronco
Yeah dude. Drove a manuel the other day and loved it, getting a 3% below invoice deal on a custom order and getting above kbb on my trade. This deal won’t happen with ferd!!
Woah, so we can theoretically get a base model, get the upgrade front and rear axles installed from the factory for $700?? Way cheaper than Sasquatch, I’d get my own aftermarket lift. Of course this comes out literally the day before I’m going to order a rubicon LOL decisions
To anyone specifically cross shopping a manual bronco vs a manual wrangler, why are you choosing the bronco? I test drove a manual rubicon yesterday and absolutely loved it! It was so fun, had so much character. Without any one us test driving a manual bronco yet, it’ll be hard to tell, but I’m...
Nice truck, don’t see a lot of those on the road. I’m close to pulling the trigger on a new rubicon. I really wanted a bronco, but as we get closer to the order date, there’s way too much uncertainty in the vehicle and in the deal that I’m just not comfortable with it. The jeep is tried and true...
yeah that's where i feel i'm at with it too. hopefully this somehow is just a mistake, who knows how thats even possible tho. They either need to hire better interns who are apparently in charge of Build & Price, or they've lost quite a few future customers. I hope all of this isnt true tho!
