Agree w/ others (cracking) & Ford's trying to ride-out your warranty. I'd go back to dealer & have the service manager push this to a higher level. Vehicle warranty should be your sole option as it's still within coverage window. Good luck & hope it works out.

My MRT axle-back has great sound, no drone & lets people know you have an engine vs. large fan. :D

Do you have, or know any welding/muffler shops? They can probably do the delete cheaper than buying parts...??

Thanks Brittany & I responded to PM, but didn't hear back so I tore it off and replaced the flimsy/rubber spacers with a more rigid tubing (see pic). I'm pressing both with same force & the clear tubing works much better. Might want to think about swapping it out in your light kits...??

Mine's a 2.7L 6-banger, and the axle-back works with both, I believe.

^^^Ditto^^^ As a motorcycle rider, and Bronco driver, see too many distracted electronic device operators out there for comfort. Next upgrade is the Loud-A$$ horn, like I had in the truck, to wake-up the texters when signal lights go green & they're still screen driving vs. vehicle driving. >.<

Finally had time to swap the muffler this weekend - stock exhaust sucks (no sound). Ever since I recall, I always made my vehicles louder & this Bronco needed to growl a bit with the Turbo. MRT makes a real nice axle-back & I took advantage of their spring sale. Much better sound, not too loud...

You exactly described my experience changing our son's shocks & struts on his 2011 Kia Forte (sawing, hammering, punches and...tons of swearing). I'm already looking into undercoating this 2024 before too long. :D
