We got our voucher in merchandise in the bronco shop at the off rodeo. There was about half our group that received it.

Its not going soft. You are looking at trade in value which is taking into consideration that the dealer is then going to put the real price tag on it and make their profit. The only way to know what the real value of your car is to look and see of there are any private party or dealers...
