Received my production date for week of July 31. Ordered 3/27 (I was PC2)
Badlands 4 Door Cactus Gray (non sas)
Lux
Leather
10-Speed Auto
Dual tops
2.3l
ummm...I read "main commit."
I wouild think it would say "no scheduling" like the Edge and Mustang if in fact there were no scheduling? The bottom box refers to 2022 scheduling yes/no?
Does anyone know "main commit" means?
(still trying to be an optimist)
I too ordered the dual tops. Order date 3/27, Priority Code 2. It'll be worth the wait.
I may be wrong, but I thought I read that Ford could outfit the hardtops on 66% of 4 door orders, but they're getting 88% of the orders with hardtops. So I see this as a constraint.
If I am incorrect here...
That would be afforded coverage uner the Comprehensicve coverage on the auto policy (subject to a deductible). But it should not be a chargable claim since it is comprehensive.
Been with 6G for quite a while, but new here to the CT club (Danbury). Look forward to logging in to see whats going on locally. . Still waiting like many. Hopefully it'll be this year for all of us.
Badlnds LUX on order.
Once I get it, I will have to exchange the rock rails for running...
What does that do with the speedometer ? How many MPHs are you off at 65 mph? Has anyone had the Bronco speedometer recalibrated for larger diameter tires? If so, how was it recalibrated?
It looks GREAT!
Excellent suggestion. Yes absolutely! In CT, you can make a claim for diminished value. Not sure if all states allow it. There are companies that do nothing but evaluate diminished value.
Insurers look at actual cash value of the vehicle v. Damages, then somehow factor in salvage value. Loosely figure that if the damages are +/- 80% of the value of the vehicle, it would be totaled. Be careful about buying back salvage vehicles. Check with the state DMV. In CT, if a car is totaled...
Ok here we go…Oil filters are spun on dry when they assemble the engines…FYI
Also, check the ford service manual, it will not tell you to pre fill the filter during an oil change.
This mechanic explains why NOT to pre-fill...go to the 11:48 minute mark and watch through the through 13:48...
