Again, yes the base model is discontinued however I’d be surprised if a steering wheel cannot be purchased from ford part’s department, and in either case I’d definitely pay the dealer to do the install. Too much to go wrong with a vital component.

My base model certainly has no leather wheel or shifter, I’ll assume those parts are still available from Ford even though the base is discontinued…

Anyone recommend a good LED replacement? I figure I might as well replace them both with LED. It’s just a matter of time until the remaining halogen dies.

Tonight, at a little over 7k miles my drivers side turn signal died. (Halogen) Watched a video on how to replace it. All I can say is - what a treat! Can’t wait to fracture a piece of plastic and lose bolts during 30 degree weather…

My base model does not have LED taillights, not sure what model you have.

I give mine a good five minutes when it’s really cold out. Warmer weather? A minute or so. Better waste the little bit of gas than damage anything. And I despise getting in a cold vehicle lol.

My dealer offers this mobile service as well, wish I’d done it for my wiper motor programming- took every bit of an eight hour day for them to do it. What is the cost associated with mobile services? (Not that I particularly want a dealer to touch it)

I swear I don’t even trust the dealership to check the air in my tires. I don’t want them to touch it.
