not at all. Been on several beach trips with it and usually leave it mounted for my daily 80 mile commutes this time of the year.

Add a little extra room out back yesterday. Much rather have my fishing stuff on the rack than inside. Love my @X-Rack bronco accessories. Hopefully beach pictures coming again soon.

Been driving obx beaches for 40+ years. my recovery gear consists of tow strap, shackels, Pretty thick bait cutting board as a base and a bottle jack, Shovel. Also have ARB on board air compressor and a winch. Never used any of it on myself except the the air compressor.

The factory installed modular bumper threw me off for awhile but my guys at my dealership installed a take-off modular and a Ford preformance winch pk on mine with no problems.

Dang just when I thought I'd found the perfect cargo rack they get discontinued.

you can get them with fixed or adjustable arms.

I use a spare tire rack from @sparea for my beach chairs. looks like it would work easily for a wheel chair.
