The only part that of the tire that mostly any shop will NOT touch is the wall or closer to the wall of the tire. Anywhere else, they should be able to plug/fix.

$150 per tire is what most of the aftermarket/ off-road shops will charge for labor per hour, sometimes can be more. if what you have is the capable beadlocks, just don't mention that they are. Just say that they are custom Ford wheels or Fake beadlocks and they should take care of you.
