  1. OEM Parts?

The tail light still functions as it should. I taped it up for now to limit water seepage. So I can wait a bit for a replacement option.
  2. Fix the wavy rear window on soft top? [Closed due to rudeness of OP]

Has anyone seen aftermarket panels for the soft top that don't need to be removed when the top is put down?
  3. OEM Parts?

Funny story... So my wife gets home from work, pulling in the driveway behind my Bronco. She walks in the door and comes into the living room where she cheerfully says hello to me and my son sitting on the couch. My son says to me, "She didn't notice." I should probably explain a little...
  4. Radio (GMRS/HAM/CB) Installations

That looks like a good solution. I've never had a jeep nor installed a two way radio before. I wasn't sure what would work or wouldn't so I tried to come up with something on my own. I will most likely switch to this antenna mount option. Thanks for posting! Here is how I mounted my radio...
  5. Radio (GMRS/HAM/CB) Installations

It works well; however, I did snap an antenna after driving aggressively on a bumpy dirt road. Too much flex in the bracket whipped the antenna to the point it failed at the plastic base. The bracket needed some stiffening or more padding between it and the tire/tail gate to stabilize it.

    Chesapeake Bronco Club

Just found out that's the weekend my kid graduates from college. If the school has an in person graduation, I won't make the ride. If they make it an online thing due to the rona, They and I will be at the ride. Any other weekend, I'm definitely in.

I just got back from AOAA. I'll post some info and a couple of pictures and videos later today. My son and I went. Spent about 4 hrs there. Total cost was $45. Had a blast!

Only thing I got was the poster with the concept. But I did take delivery of my Badlands in July.
  14. Cousin Eddie's Build Journal

As you can see in the pictures above, also installed the Aeroskin II Deflector Trail Armor.

Finally got the Baja Designs XL-80s and installed them. Originally ordered directly from Baja Designs but they had an 8-10 week lead time. I saw Northridge 4x4 had them in stock and roughly $100 cheaper. In addition, I signed up for their newsletter and got an additional $50 off. The only...
  16. 1K DEPOSIT UPON ORDERING

When I ordered mine in January, my dealer required a 10% deposit. I also signed a sales contract which the dealer signed also. I caught a lot of flack on the forums. People telling me I'm being taken advantage of. Ends up, whe I took delivery, I paid the signed contract price. No ADM, no...
  17. Anyone planning to install two way radio (either Ham, CB or other?)

Yes, I finished the install. Funny you should ask about the flex. I went offroading on some dirt roads. They were a little bumpy but nothing requiring 4wd. I was moving pretty good on the roads, opening it up and bouncing around. When I returned home, I noticed my antenna snapped about 2 inches...
