I remember reading something about this a while ago. But can't find the thread.
When you have the doors off does the cargo area stay locked if it was locked when you removed the doors? Is the only way to unlock the tailgait is with the key fob?? Or is the tailgait lock disabled with doors off?
Just saw that Proline has a Bronco body up for preorder. It will be compatible with the following with the appropriate body mounts.
Traxxas Stampede 4x4
Traxxas Stampede 2wd
Arrma Granite 4x4
Arrma Vorteks 4x4
I might finally take the plunge and pick up an Arrma Granite I've been...
This is where we were at two years ago. Everyone remember the first leaks?? Got the drooling started huh??
How about this one. I remember people insisting these were fake. LOL
So already knowing my current order is going to be an extremely long wait, I decided to see if I could get an order in with another dealer to shorten the wait.
I got a line on one dealer selling at invoice and was talking with a sales guy. Tried to get information on current orders and...
We are starting to see the 2022's roll in now. And new owners are noticing some previously unannounced changes to their Broncos. So far we have...
The addition of a rear sway bar
2022 Rear sway bar?
Next we have the removal of the temperature display on the knobs of the dual zone temperature...
Looks like GM might actually care about their customer's buying experience. Or so it seems on the surface.
Shots Fired! GM North American President Steve Carlisle Warns Dealers Against Market Adjustments on Z06
So we all know at this point that one of the biggest determining factors of getting scheduled, outside of constraint items, is dealer allocations. This has me wondering about this scenario. Again this is purely hypothetical and probably unrealistic anyway. 🤪
Fast forward say six to nine months...
I know it was months ago. But all I've seen recently is PPF tow and hard top. I'm hearing different things on Sas. In fact I saw something yesterday about a dealer trying to order one wIith Sasquatch and it wouldn't even let them add it.
Did a search and while I have found a few, it doesn't look like overall a Big Bend Sasquatch is a very popular choice. Are people just opting for a Badlands non Sas for around $700 more. Or just bumping up to a Wildtrak??
Another "as seen on Facebook".
Here is the story.
My theory would be that water got down in the track and froze the window in place not allowing it to drop down to clear the top. Flexed when opened quickly and it shattered.
Guess this might be something else to watch out for and be...
So on a whim I decided to stop by my local small town Ford dealer yesterday to see where they were at with Bronco orders and allocations. I have bought from them in the past but it has been a while. Talked to the sales manager. Sales guy I have dealt with in the past was out to lunch.
First...
I dunno. I'm calling BS on this one. I don't even see how this is possible unless a window was left down or the top was left unlatched.
What the owner said:
The snow is coming in where the soft top meets the frame. The driver side is facing westward. We had west wind gusts of 80+km/hr...
So I pulled my original order a few months ago. Just decided to change it up and start from scratch.
Put my order in as a 99 to wait it out for a bit. Hoping quality issue level out and maybe some surprise colors. But my dealer still has over 350 reservations to schedule so I wouldn't count on...
Was thinking about this the other day. Do you think it would be possible for a Sunrider top to be made for the front and rear seats? Would it work?? That way you could have the rear shell on and still have open air for all passengers.
If one was made I might consider going back to a hardtop.
Well I jumped out of line a few months ago and now decided to do a fresh order with a planned 2023 model. Unless of course a miracle happens.
My original build was a 4 door BD Velocity Blue. I am leaning towards an OBX now. I really want Cyber Orange but the interior choices are killing it for...
Was just watching another Sema video and saw this Bronco. The rear windows look pretty smooth. Pretty much every soft top I have seen has the wavy rear windows. Wonder what they did to smooth them out.
