i will say, i think its a safe assumption that a less restrictive, larger, and more free flowing intake wont cause a HP loss. Just maybe a very negligible gain...more of a butt dyno feel good gain.

I enjoy the sound that comes with a quality intake. So personally, ill be getting one when they finally release one for the 25 and up regardless of actual gains. As long as there isn't a hp loss and you can get a better intake sound, it's worth it for me.

it really just depends on what you want them to do. You already have factory fog lights in the bumper. So if you're looking to have these just add additional lighting for adverse conditions or whatever, the grill area should be just fine.

Generally (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong) you want to mount fog lights low to assist in illuminating the road as best as possible. Im sure mounting them where you mocked them up would be fine though.
