For the OP and others who left bad dealer reviews or anyone else with experience... 1. Does Ford mark you as a disgruntled customer? 2. Did the dealer hold it against you for service, etc. 3. Are you "in the system" and do you other dealers see that you left a bad review? Thanks.

Noted. I wrote nice emails. I find that its best not to escalate tension. I did not mention surveys or threaten yelp reviews etc.

Funny you mention that because I asked about FORD's ESP. Ford backed extended warranty was not offered by the dealership only a third party option through where service would have to be done at their dealership chain.
