$15K over for a $34K base 4 cylinder. Yikes! Thats about what I just paid for a new 2-door OBX 2.7 in Race Red. Our local dealer sold a base 4-door with lift kit and big wheels/tires for $68K! Fools everywhere.

I had placed two orders, very early on, for a 2 door HE. Both dealers said at that time that I would "jump over" people who had orders in for non-HE Broncos, because builds for non-HE Broncos were over a year behind. I knew that was a crock of sh!!!t. New 2.7 two door Broncos are extremely hard...

My order was for a two door Azure Gray HE. I gave up and bought a 2023 Race Red OB which is currently undergoing Heritage mods. I must admit, I'm glad because the two door Race Red stands out.

I am going to change to Analog HD white wheels for that Heritage look. I was hoping to put 285/70/17's on them. They appear to be the same height as my 18" wheels/tires.

285/70/17 ARE THE SAME HEIGHT AS THE OB 18" STOCK WHEELS/TIRES. THERE SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM WITH 285/70/17. WHY DO YOU SAY 275'S ARE THE BIGGEST?

Hopefully Ford will not offer any "Political" editions like Jeep did a couple of years ago. Jeep made the "Elizabeth Warren Edition". It was an all-white Cherokee! Sold out in the blue states.

I bought a Ford Bronco Base grill rather than an aftermarket grill. No clips. Ford isn't giving anything away right now.

Looking ahead to when I replace my OB grill with my "Heritage Look" grill, are the metal grill clips re-usable or do I need to order new metal clips? And, if I need to order new clips is there a part number somewhere? I've come up empty trying to find 2021-23 grill clips. I can only find clips...

Although I'm a big fan of the Blue colors, Race Red is gorgeous in person and will really pop with the white accents.

Ford needed to throw in Velocity Blue, Eruption Green, Cyber Orange, Yellow and Robin Egg's Blue to their HE 2 door color choices. The only retro looking 2-door HE colors that are currently offered are Race Red and Cactus Gray, in my opinion.

Love my 2-door. I did not know that Ford even made a 4-door!😉
