you have to have your dealership give you your railcar number. mine started with TTGX. call (800) 235-2352 and press #1 and then it will make you say your railcar number. the automated thing sometimes sucks at catching what you say, so be prepared to be frustrated. lol

wait maybe i missed something that you posted in the past… but i thought for the recalls they are just changing the adhesive & not replacing the actual windshield, so you shouldn’t have had to wait for a new windshield unless they accidentally break yours???

ok i’m gonna sound like an idiot saying this but you’re telling me a recall (when your car is affected by that recall) that that is part of “warranty” and they won’t just fix it no matter what??? like if they were to recall this after our cars are out of warranty, it wouldn’t be covered?

i’d prefer to have them fix mine before i ever take it home! but maybe that’s just me??? i told my dealership that mine is recalled & they said they were aware & would fix it. granted, mine is still on a train but should be arriving (hopefully) any day!
