I loved the soft top on my 4 door, which I sold when I was told my 2 door was being built. I found the noise level to be fine, after all its a soft top if anyone thinks its going to be lexus like quiet you are kidding yourself, I liked knowing I could put it in two positions (all the way down)...

Can't beat a straight six in an SUV....my 4.2 in my CJ modified with MPI is bullet proof.

Do we think they have corrected this issue at this point or are they still jamming engines with bad valves into vehicles? 11/15 Build date on a 2.7 I'm nervous.

When you think about the profits they are making when you can't find inventory on dealer lots, it makes you wonder how wildly unprofitable their dealer distribution model was....build as many cars as you can and then sell them at low margin...versus build to spec and sell close or above MSRP.

That sucks.....I had a direct hit to my windshield a few weeks ago and thought I was going to be driving with a cracked windshield for a few months, but alas it was an acorn. I feel for you.

So if we got a VIN and order number we are scheduled right? I also got the 2022 MY email then got a build date of 11/15 to my surprise. a few weeks after. I was going to switch to a 4 door when I reordered my MY22, oh well, I guess a 2 Door was meant to be. ;o) Really enjoyed my 2.3LMT 4...

A 2 Door soft top that folds below the rear roll bar

Only issue is that 2 Door soft top does not go all the way down. Looks like it just sits in that folded back position on top of the rear of the frame. less than desirable IMHO. I would have to fully close it and re open it every time I enter and depart my garage as the added height probably...

They referred me back to the Ford Ordering page....which does not tell you production date. I guess it depends who is on the other end of the Chat

I read 80lbs for 2 door clam shell less for the the 4 door. So not that heavy.

Agreed…. I hope to keep this car and hand it down to my kids so I will be babying it

Thanks! I have used that as well as the AEMservices link and it really tells me nothing. It says "in Order Processing"

Anyone else get an email from Ford detailing a build date and a VIN and order number several weeks ago but have seen no change on the Ford order tracker which still says "Ordering with Dealer". Is this standard behavior? Dealer says it's being built and the 11/15 date is valid. Could be...

Thanks I had a 4 Door and it did not seem like the emblem was going to come off too easily. Glad to hear this. My dealer said fishing line might be a good option as well. Should not be too bad based on your feedback. Much appreciated.

Was it tough removing the stickers/badges without damaging the existing paint. Any advice? I plan to add the "Bronco" 3d lettering. Thx
