Did you contact Ford and confirm your transition order certificate number and amount. I did that a few weeks ago and provided that information to Chapman.

You might want to lay it out for them. The first email I received was wrong so I sent a reply with line-by-line listing and they came back and said you are right.

It was price protected amount but did not include the transition offer certificate amount. I emailed them back about the certificate and they sent revised pricing that matched (well within 50 cents) what I expected it to be.

I emailed them the day after I knew it arrived to remind them not to drill the front bumper to install license plate holder. They replied with the initial pricing to review and that started the pricing discussion. I am not picking up until May 20th.

I just got my OTD pricing and it did not include the model year price increases. It matched my DORA, with 3% under invoice, and they also took off the transition offer amount., although I did have to tell them about the certificate again as the initial OTD pricing they sent did not include it.

I just started working with them on my OTD price, as I am also planning on paying cash.

Still have not received shipping email. Tracker still back at Order Confirmed. Good news is that the train (TTGX987026) that Bronco is on is on the move. Just checked tracking at Norfolk Southern and it is now in Monroe, MI.

Still stuck at ordered confirmed and no shipping email, but backdoor reservation tracker changed estimated delivery to 5/4 - 5/10.
