My appt w/Ford was yesterday 11/10. So far, so good. I've returned to my truck several times and the light switch is NOT in ghost mode and is in Auto mode. No digging bell telling me they were on. Everything seems good. fingers crossed.

I called the Off Rodeo line today to ask about NH. They are closed in the winter because the location is also a ski resort. They will reopen around May depending on when the ski season ends. I was told to register and pick NH and watch my emails for the dates to open up.

Ford released the issue to the dealers 10/31. Check with your dealer. I have an appointment to get the light switch replaced. They have the switches in stock. I'll let you all know if it works.
