All I’m saying is some guys would spend a lot more than $2,500 for an inch so sounds like a bargain.
Jokes aside, thanks for the input and photos, I’m sure it will help many who are on the fence.
That vintage is about the last time BMW’s had true soul before they sold out and changed the entire driving experience. If you don’t have to, definitely keep that beauty.
Appreciate the feedback. Coincidentally my wife is also 5’2” so her requirements were tube steps and power seats. We are planning to head to the dealership tomorrow to check out AMB in person, so maybe I’ll try to sneak her into a Ranger to see if sways her thought process, although wouldn’t the...
Inevitably the following anecdote will lead to people making fun of me, but whatever this was an experience of mine.
Years back I had a Ford Fusion with a lighter gray interior. My normal pants of choice are denim jeans and noticed that the dye of my jeans started to change the leather...
This was my biggest and only no go on the WT. I went to a local dealer that had an Explorer with the sandstone interior and looked very similar to this image. It’s just too light IMO for a utility vehicle.
Please don't laugh at this next bit, not an expert here.

In essence my ultimate goal is to not get SAS, but take the Adv 4x4 with the 4.27 gear ratio. Get...
So if someone was getting an OBX and wanted to get a 17x8.5 w/ 4.75" backspacing and zero offset would it work?
I know this has been discussed, but haven't seen anything definitive yet. Appreciate the insight and education.
That manual seats is what killed the BL and MGV seats for her. I was kind of bummed, but the Roast Leather was a fair compromise. I really like the WT and it’s exterior features, but that interior would be ruined with our lifestyle and kids. Enjoy the WT, you are getting a great rig.
Had a similar debate. Saw the Sandstone on a couple of Explorer’s in person and felt it was way too light especially having kids and a dog. Opted for the Roast Leather hoping the darker color will hold up better....I hope
I’m pretty sure you’d be able to order it through the parts department down the road. I’m not keen on the OBX grille either and plan to make a change as well.
Let’s not forget that natural sunlight will be on pause some time between the months of July and Oct. due to massive smoke clouds caused by completely negligent utility companies and their state government overlords. Given the expected delivery window of the Broncos, I expect to drive a black...
