Carry a generator and fuel when going off-road?

After a year of driving my lifted JKU I noticed that my upper body strength had improved.

Good eye. Also I expect that any bumper that encloses a winch will have to protrude much more than is shown here.

No knowledge, just a guess/wish, that aftermarket bumpers, especially ARB’s, will take that all into consideration when/if they build one for the Bronco. ARB actually goes through the cost/trouble to get their bumpers DOT certified — or use to. [i think/hope?]

Yes, but you could leave the “rock rash” on the wheels. Just clean the scratches and seal them with clear coat. “Wear your scars with pride” ; -)

Maybe the “production” bumpers will have the sensors locations changed so as to work around the winch.

I like the color but not the top. Black painted or body-color top would look better.

Weight distribution is important for safety and performance. The more weight you add, and the further away from truck’s Center of Gravity (CG), the more unstable your truck can become — unless, of course, you add it below the CG. Adding weight to the roof is the worst. Would not want to run...

Only seen pictures, but that is the one I want. Aftermarket maybe? Just need enough space for recovery boards and FulepaX. Of course this setup puts weight over the rear instead of midship; probably why Ford doesn’t list it.

This is just a guess, but I expect the tires are ‘C’ Load rated. Would moving to ‘E’ load rated tires and stiffer springs/struts increase the load capacity?

Good question. I had a Jeep JKU with aftermarket 3.5” lift, wheels and 35” tires but sold it after about 38,000 miles. Person who bought it said they started having issues after 43,000 miles but no problem with the warranty.
