Did you unplug the harness on the back of your headlight OR did you get your harness from another source in the vehicle...

You sure that's not the main harness on the driver side? That's a LOT Of wires going into the back of a headlight... You can't really access the headlight harness without removing the headlight. I'm not aware of Ford changing their headlight harness. Makes no sense to, as it would cost them...
