The price for a '24 4 door heritage (tow, sig lights, aux, tailgate) is pretty reasonable compared to the '23 4 door heritage.
My 3/30/23 order at the time was $54,515. The 2023 year end price went up to $55,565.
The 2024 price for the same configs is $56,300 but includes the 12" screen...
Why only six?
You are also getting the slideout tailgate which is now standard on Heritages.
There are also some interior improvements, like improved head rest ,which is now standard.
Thanks, I already have a VIN so I'm not sure if I can cancel. Also, I ordered in March so with price protection the difference is more like $2200.
I'm also skeptical on if/when the 2024 heritages will actually be built, since Ford seems to be more behind in production with the Heritage...
So for $1200 you get the 12 inch screen and tailgate added to the Heritage? Seems like a more than reasonable price. Kind of hoping I get pushed to 2024.
Damn I have a 4 door race red heritage scheduled for production week of 9/11. I would have loved the 12" screen, but I also don't want to lose race red (if it actually goes).
FYI my scheduled production date was first moved to 8/24, but just today the Ford website has removed any production date. Not sure if this is a temporary thing, or if I'm back to square one.
I ordered on 3/30 and this morming I received a scheduled production date for September 4th.
4 door race red 2.7 with tow, aux, sig lights, and slide out tailgate.
I'm obviously excited but I'm sorry for those of you who've waited much longer than me.
Not great, I just put my order on 3/30, so I'm much further behind a lot of you.
Maybe it makes sense to just change the trim completely, if that is even possible.
If I were to make a change to my build, for example changing a color or adding sig lights, would the price increase come into effect, even though it was initially built before the price change?
Awesome, yea I agree. The first time I saw the heritage I knew instantaneously that it was the trim I wanted. I think over time, especially when you have the time we all have, it's hard not to second guess. But I'd regret not going with my initial instinct and still think it'll look great.
Looks like your long lost triplet is here in Florida.
4 dr race red HE, 2.7, sig lights, slide-out tailgate, aux switches, tow capability.
I would have loved the 2 dr manual, but my wife can't drive it and my three kids under 9 can't fit in it. I'm hoping the retro look of the heritage works...
2 door manual heritage is 100% the way to go. Unfortunately three kids under 9 and a wife who can't drive stick leaves me with the four door 2.7.
I'm crossing my fingers that the Heritage is still a good way to go for a four door.
I have my four door race red HE on order, and I'm trying to understand roof options in addition to the white hard top.
Do the bimini top and mesh shade go under the hard tops, or do you need to install them each time?
I would love a front row retractable soft top in white option...
Quick question, I received my order confirmation on Thursday, but Im considering adding the pull out tailgate.
Can I still add this, and if so what is the process?
Also, I created a MyFord account and I don't see my order reservation. I did receive the email order confirmation from Ford.com...
I'm 40 married with three kids, 9,6,2. I just ordered the four door heritage in race red. I'm 50/50 on red and azure grey, but my kids like the red better and I'm not sure its worth the extra 1K.
If it was just me, I'd go with the 2 door heritage with manual transmission, but at this time in...
