You think prices are bad, wait till they start rationing like the '70s again.
Never believe that it can't be made worse... (Gen-X moto)
Still drive the Bronco - if I ever get one...
I did not see a reference to the NTSB in your reply, so I'll assume you did not understand.
If peeps here push the NTSB to force Ford to make changes, then it's up to Ford to make the decision. I agree that the aftermarket is the answer, but there are quite a few posts here to push the NTSB to...
Wouldn't surprise me if Ford removed the 2.7 from the supported flat tow rating if the NTSB started leaning on them. Not saying they would, just wouldn't be a surprise.
I'm not sure if this is true.
There are calibration setting on all supplemental systems to react properly based on vehicle braking. There are settings on every system sans surge breaks. For the Air Force One, there is a red lockout dial that controls the vacuum line. Increase the vacuum setting...
I would rather have the EBB totally OFF when I start to tow. My supplemental brake system would already be calibrated to brake properly without the boost.
The better fix would be to disable brake boost in flat tow mode. IMHO
I got them on my new Ford Ranger plan B truck... they look nice too for a mall crawler.
Seems making parts fit multiple models is going to be a thing now. No complaints.
Anyone know why Ford picked who they picked?
Demographics, original order trim, geographic, B6G rant level, original dealership allocations, etc?
Seriously... why? I'm betting that it has to do with your dealer and allocations.
Stale chips, or just crushed chips?
It's getting close to lunch and I like chips too.
I don't like bad chips for sure. Apparently the Bronco agrees with me.
Every experience I've had with ASS enabled vehicles has been mixed. There are time that I need instant acceleration, but waiting for the starter to get the engine up to speed created a hazardous situation. I'm a defensive driver, and I want full control even when stopped because not every stop...
