I have a similar spec, ordered in Feb 22. No word from Frod or the dealer as to when it will be built. 2 doors will generally be a longer wait.

Well since most of us receive no communication from the dealers or ford, I'm assuming they just figured turn-about is fair play. Why should the customer go out of the way to communicate when the manufacturer and dealers have not done so in the slightest.

Yeah they are happy, because they will keep your order and put it on the lot with a 20k mark-up hah

I came close to cancelling a couple weeks ago due to the lack of communication and uncertainty in the whole process, getting tired of it. I went in to get my order updated to a 23 a couple times and my salesman just says "no you don't have to do anything, we are just waiting to hear from ford"...

Be proactive and educate yourself, but not from this forum. Or your dealer. Or Ford. This whole situation is fucking ridiculous

6 months seems like thier normal "I have no idea" reponse. The thing is there isn't any communication related to build order (or anything else really). Some get them in less then 6 months, some more. I am in month 6 right now, and no progress or communication. Just go into it with your eyes...

Checked with the Ford chat yesterday and was told "you're in ordered status". Wouldn't give me any other info, I asked if they think it will be pushed to 23, they said contact your dealer to find out. My salesman doesn't answer emails or texts very often so just waiting in the dark. ordered...
