  1. thoughts on removing armor on front corners / rear: put on at dealer 3 years ago -

Hair dryer & gently pull it off, should be fine IMO.
  2. Centering steering wheel?

I must of been at the perfect spot when I did mine after I installed new coil overs, UCAs and tie rods. Wheel was off ever so slightly and one spline did the trick. Centered the wheel where I wanted it and rotated the lower shaft and u-joint.
  3. Centering steering wheel?

Lol, it would drive me nuts as well. The steering u-joint method is going to be much easier than trying to adjust the tie rods and still keep the alignment. There's one bolt that locks the u-joint to the shafts. Set the wheel exactly where you like it, disconnect the u-joint, double check the...
  4. Hard top alignment question

That looks pretty normal IMO. When re-installing jig the panels a bit to make sure they are properly seated before latching. I also wipe down all the seals with silicone spray prior to installing.
  5. Centering steering wheel?

It may be easier to make an adjustment at the steering shaft u-joint. The splines on the u-joint are extremely small...separate the u-joint from the shaft & jump the steering shaft one spline.
  6. I can relate, the older I get. How about you 1980's babies?

This made me chuckle...I still have one in my analogue '08 F250
  7. Bronco overheated and red dialog box appeared

If an alert came on the screen there should be a fault code stored. Did the shop not check for a fault code? I'd be surprised if it were a stuck thermostat but possible. Another possibility is the intercooler or radiator shutters stuck closed.
  8. I can relate, the older I get. How about you 1980's babies?

I'm a early 60s baby...guy makes very good points, I certainly can relate. More important is his well stocked whiskey bar🥃
  9. What's the best purchase you've made for your Bronco under $200?

Easy-peasy...15 minute job. Should of come from the factory w/ them.
  10. Broaddict trail deck installed

^This^...shorten the deck to flush where the handle mounts and it would work with just about any tailgate table. Probably done intentionally so they can sell more of their tables. Also, IMO the handle is useless...when I pull out the deck or drawer I simply unlatch both sides simultaneously...
  11. 2025 Marsh Grey Outer Banks Build | Eibach 2.75” | 35” Toyo AT3s | Black Rhino Rivals

Looks good! With 2.75" of lift you may want to consider adding rear track bar relocation bracket to alleviate any rear bump steer.
  12. New to the forum intro with Bronco on order!

Welcome and thank you for your service!
  13. Eibach pro truck coilovers Junk!

Had same issue with my rears. Read their Million Mile warranty statement closely...if I recall the warranty requires that the claim be initiated by the vendor where purchased. In my case, I reached out to Panda to initiate the claim. They requested proof of purchase and a few pictures which they...
  14. My Bronco Raptor Fire Total Loss Experience

Glad everyone was OK. Sounds like Ford took care of you pretty good (y)
  15. Alignment Woes advice needed

Yep, VIN should give them the right specs but the sheet states w/ squatch. @Ducati1098...can you confirm if alignment specs are different between squatch and no squatch?
