I purchased the door sills through the accessories website about a month ago using Sawgrass as my dealership. It was supposed to be shipped directly to me and I never got it. I got with sawgrass accessories department and supposedly I'm picking it up tomorrow. Maybe try reaching out to them directly

The stable is ready! Confirmed by dealer that it was produced on 07/01. Still says in production. Have not inquired if it was shipped. Hoping that it’s on the way!

Nothing. No update. I stopped by Sawgrass on Tuesday and it shows produced on their system. No ETA. From what I've been reading, some rigs have been showing up even before their status is updated. Hopefully that's the case.

Called back and spoke to someone else. They said it was produced on 7/1 but no update on shipping as yet. I could live with that.

I had a blend date of 7/1. Called the hotline on Friday 7/2 and they said it was produced but no eta. Called this morning and was told "its in production". I said that on Friday I was told it was produced. The CSR said "Sir, these vehicles are not built in a week. It takes 8-12 weeks". I think...
