how do i reach ford corporate? i went thru the customer service and hit a dead end. I tweeted Mike Levine and few other Ford handles, havent got a response.

Wouldnt have helped. they have no authority to force anything on the dealer. I even asked assume they say no, and i come back to you, will you help with my transfer and the answer was no. working with dealer is the only options.

Finally was able to reach a customer service representative after days and hours of calling/hold. The outcome of the conversation though was very frustrating. Paraphrasing the conversation Q - Dealership is planning to charge 15+ ADM, is there anything you can help me with? A - No, its left to...

yes...that got messy real fast and the OP didnt say what went on there behind the scene. i would aviod any excalating situation, unless its the last resort

No further updates. The person i talked to was John beleive. He didnt give me a last name or business card... they didnt entertain giving me a price until the vehicle was at the dealership.

did you get them to drop the add on price by $2500 or reduced to $2500? Sorry not being picky.. just wanted to know what your final add on was? I am expecting similar mess when my bronco gets here.

It's not worth the effort... It's just that I invest too many waking hours on this truck that it hurts to walk away and more importantly let the dealer reap the benefits. I could post video or negative comments but didn't seems like the manager cared much. He was very dismissive and rude...
