I picked up my 4dr Outer Banks this morning from the dealer in NY. It was orginally scheduled to be built on 10/20 but was actually built on 11/3 and didn't arrive at the dealer until December 4th or 5th. I'm still wondering what is was going for a month at MAP. Just spent 4.5 hours drving it...

I got a built email on 11/3 with delivery between 11/5 and 11/11. and then reschduled to 11/16 and 11/22 then rescheduled again to 11/28 to 12/4 and nothing further after 12/4 passed.

To say the least I was very surprised to find out that the Bronco had shown up without any prior notice.

The dealership is in Camden NY near Rome. No change in the Ford Trackers. I spent 4 years at Hobart College in Geneva and I still get up there occasionally as a friend of mine has a house on Seneca Lake

After all of my complaining, my Bronco OBX finally showed up at the dealer over the weekend. There was no notification that it had shipped or anything else. Attached is a picture of it sitting on the lot at the dealer in rainy Upstate NY

I just wish I could find out why my Bronco hasn't shipped yet as it was built on 11/3. I've called the Bronco support number and they can't provide anything new beyond what's in the tracker. I'm tempted to switch my order and take a Bronco that the dealer has it stock that is a mannequin unit...

Called the 800 number this morning to question why my Bronco hasn't shipped since it was built on 11/3. While the person on the call was very polite and tried to be helpful, she couldn't tell me anything more than I already knew from the tracker. Still frustrated in RI!
