Zach, your dealership salesperson says now that I have a VIN finally after 2.5 years of waiting, a NON REFUNDABLE $500 deposit is required. This was never told to me previously, in fact I was always told no deposit is required. Is this true?

I get that. But they have definitely had increased costs and they didn’t have to do this.

@LeshMcG my door sticker says 6180lb for gross vehicle weight rating. 1151 for occupants and cargo. that leaves you just over 5,000 for empty weight. I don’t know what actual unloaded weight is without weighing it.
