I'm glad I found this thread. I was about to pull the trigger on this since someone told me how great it was on their Jeep. Just hearing about their lack of customer service is enough for me. I'm tired of companies ending the customer relationship the moment they get your credit card number...
I hope this doesn't get too long, but I was a day 1 reservation holder for a 2024. It is STILL unscheduled also. I ended up buying one right off another dealership lot a few weeks ago after finding it on Autotrader. The one that I ended up buying was missing only one option from my initial...
I ordered a hitch for my 2024 and had it installed locally. I bought it online and opted to pay for the installation fee during checkout. It was just a checkbox. I later got a call from the dealer saying they had a part for me to install. They also said, "how are we getting paid for this". I...
Yeah. Everything is good with my reservation and I stay in contact with them. I'm fully aware of the process. I was just complaining and pointing out the email as I didn't realize everyone got it. I thought the email was kind of funny. Like Ford asking for a participation trophy basically...
Order number 5. Day 1 for the 2024 ordered on 8/16/2023. Promise of updates every 45 days as everyone knows. 109 days later I get this. First day reservation at launch mind you. I waited a year before I gave up the first time. 2016, and 2021 F150 Lariat owner also. Come on!
This will be an argument until the end of time. I have yet to see any conclusive scientific evidence proving either side of the break-in debate, other than the meticulous break in for race engines on an engine dyno where they just slowly increase RPM and load until completely maxing out the...
At least around here, there are going to be a ton of 2024's sitting on dealership lots. There are consistently 3 - 5 new 2023's for sale at the two podunk area dealerships by me and the lots are filling up with trucks that no one wants anymore.
The market is collapsing. If you even pay MSRP at this point you're getting ripped off. I guess what's new though. It is CA after all. New 2023 Bronco's are on lots in central PA where I live for $3,200 off sticker.
Thanks for the detailed explanation. I was still a little unsure about the time period that the Var ppts column represented. For example I wasn't sure if it was say 25% in red, did that mean 25% of orders that week would be skipped and then next week you might have another 75% chance of getting...
