I wasn't about to pay that kind of money, so I did this, for less than $40. Not nearly as pretty as the OP, but works great and can also be removed without a trace. 2 bolts.

I wasn't about to pay hundreds for flaps that work with my Rock rails, so $30 from Napa and a little metal bracket fab up, no drilling, bolts to 2 holes in the fender. Not "beautiful" but tough and functional !

Studs (are in walls) and ARE 16in on center, rafters (are in ceilings) are NOT. Standard trusses are 24in on center. (y)

So are you installing it on yours, or having it installed? I suspect you get a substantial discount on the labor and product itself. I do a lot of DIY things, in just about any field of work, and after watching a few videos I "think" I could do this.... There is ZERO chance I'd pay 5k to have it...
