took my dealer 2 months to do...they said Ford would only let them do one gasket at a time and had to order the gaskets separately after trying each one.

My dealer was either playing dumb or was just plain dumb about the $100. They didn't know what happened with the original $100. They said Ford should have credited it back to me when I converted my reservation to an order. That didn't happen, obviously. Still trying to get the credit...
Very late to this thread, just added my info to the spreadsheet.
12/6 build week, 12/9 blend date, received built email on 1/9, which had been the original estimated delivery date. Several different EDD's in the last week. Latest ETA is 2/7.
Update: received Shipped email at 3:48 am today...
I was planning on swapping wheels and tires day one. Now you have me thinking that running the Goodyears on some new wheels (0 offset most likely) might be worth considering. That stance you now have looks just about right with the Sasq fender flares.
