Pretty sure he just used the Crutchfield Baseblockers. You wire them inline at the speaker. Doesn't change output from the headunit, but rather rolls off the low frequencies so they don't make your 4" speakers sound fuzzy with the lower frequencies that come from the headunit. From the...
